Q. Is the $49.99 or $149.99 a one time fee?
A. Yes. You are only charged once for this fee which will give you unlimited membership access to our website for 3 months.

Q. What will I receive by becoming a member?
A. As a basic member ($49.99) we will provide you with Management and private Owner contact information and unlimited access to listings that are updated daily. Our site offers up to 14,000. As a member you will be able to contact us daily to about recent updates.

As a preferred member ($149.99) you will be provided unlimited access to over 14,000 listings and rental assistance. This package will include, a rental specialist who will call to find out availability, prices, amenities, rules on pets, credit checks, along with any other questions or concerns you may have. Your rental specialist will also call all specified listings, set up appointments, and ask the questions. All you have to do is show up! CARENTSOURCE will do its best to represent you.

Please be advised that you will only have 14 business days, starting from the date of purchasing our services, to access your rental specialist.. Once your 14 business days have passed, you will only have unlimited access to our members only area of listings. You will be required to make all calls and set up appointments yourself.

Q. I am looking for a affordable apartment and I need to move real fast. Can your company help me obtain contact information?
A. Yes. All you have to do is send us an email detailing what area, location, and price range you are looking for and we will compile a list of all available vacancies to your request. Most managements offer vacancies to fit all budgets. All you have to do is contact them directly to set up your own appointments.

Q. After I paid the one time fee, are there any other fees that I have to pay?
A. No, CARENTSOURCE only charges that one fee. However, managements do occasionally charge a credit check fee or other small related administrative fee which is normal here in the United States to obtain an apartment.

Q. Why do you charge a fee before I can obtain an apartment?
A. We charge a small administrative fee to maintain and update this website and to pay advertising expenses on a continuous basis, which provides you unlimited access to this website for 3 months.

Q. How long can I use the website as a member?
A. With Basic membership, you may access the site as often as you like, 24 hours a day, for 3 months. Preferred members are allowed the same access as Basic members with the added convenience of our rental specialists for 14 business days.

Q. How often do you up date the site?
A. Every Day.

Q. How soon after I pay this fee can I get the report?
A. Instantly, after paying, you will be prompted with a message with your user name and password to log on. This is automatically emailed to you after your payment is processed.

Q. Is there an office that I can visit?
A. Unfortunately, our office is not equipped to handle customers. However, you may contact us through our website 24/7 by e-mailing us at support@carentsource.com or contact us via phone.

Q. I did not see the apartment that was advertised?
A. Keep in mind, we advertise over 10,000 listings. We can not guarantee that listings will still be available when you become a member. However, CARENTSOURCE will help assist you in finding a vacancy to your liking.

Q. I do not feel comfortable with giving my credit card information online. Is there another way that I can sign up?.
A. CARENTSOURCE offers several different ways to become a member. We can take payments by phone, email, or you can personally sign up online via PayPal. Your payment is secured and we are PayPal verified since 2004. Your payment is handled through PayPal, which is a part of the eBay company, not CARENTSOURCE. No employee or staff member of CARENTSOURCE will ever see your personal and credit information, unless you request we take your payment via phone or email. Government applies strict rules in providing and securing payments online.

Q. Is the fee refundable?
A. If we have not provided you any Management and Owner contacts, you are entitled to a full refund. Otherwise, there is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. If you are at all unhappy with our services we ask that you inform us and we will do our best to accommodate you. (Please see our Terms of Use for further information.)
